Volunteer Work
Shelley Rottenberg has been involved in the adoptee community since 2020. Since then, she has held several leadership roles in various groups and organizations and has participated in multiple events where she shared her adoptee experiences. She has also helped plan and facilitate many virtual and in-person events for adoptees to connect.
Appeared as a witness before the House of Commons HUMA committee in view of its study of Bill C-318, An Act to amend the Employment Insurance Act and the Canada Labour Code (adoptive and intended parents).
