Shelley Rottenberg (she/her) is a transracial and international adoptee. She was born in China during the One Child Policy and adopted to Canada at eight months of age.

 

With a Master of Arts in Human Geography, Shelley has a passion for learning about people’s lived experiences and intersectional identities across space and time.

 

She works in higher education and spends her free time volunteering as a board member for a few adoptee-focused organizations. Her hobbies include writing, hiking, photography, and rock climbing.
